I ordered mine from Port Yamaha. They could still get it no problem. Went online to the parts for the Max4 & got the part no. It was a year and half ago. Forget what I paid.
Don't know if they are still available from Yammie.
While your in the airbox, check those good ole white plastic tubes that connect the carb boots to the air box. Due to them being plastic & the age of these sleds, there have been cases of the "tabs" breaking & getting ingested by the motor. I had one break 2 years ago & get lodged in the carb so my throttle stuck half open. Fortunately, it happened on the trailer while doing some cleaning & fall prep.
They are called "pipes" if I remember correctly & I also got those thru Port Yammie. CHEAP insurance considering what a broken tab could do to a motor!!

Just ordered new one from Yamaha. Went and opened frozen hood after a snow storm and broke one those foams. I had a cover on my sled, but still..

I learned my lesson a long time ago, always take them off before you put it away for the night - same goes with the clutch guard pins.

learning lesson for the foam on the air box. I have placed or rubbed Vaseline on the top of the foam and it has saved the foam from ripping off on the hood. Not to much just enough.
