I've got a bunch of Vmax-4 stuff on my laptop and have put it on one of my web pages. Most of it is stuff that I downloaded from the old site. I've made a bunch of .pdf documents with OpenOffice, never done that before, so they may or may not work. Let me know. I have some other stuff like parts catalog .xls files for all years except '97, '92 and '93 promotional videos, etc. , and may have more on my home computer. If I find anything else, I'll post it later. You can get it here: my.opera.com/Mark_the_Shark/blog/Shark Okay, so that was dumb. I see that a lot of this stuff is still there. Oh well.

Yeah, that was kinda my intention because I thought that EVERYTHING was lost from the old site, but later I took a look and the tech page is still intact. I just wanted to make some of the information available here, and since it doesn't look like we can post attachments I put it on a web page.

Hey Mark: Thanks for giving me the new link here. We were in WI for a funeral & I tried getting to the old site a few times & could not figure out what the "H" was going on. We just back last week & am now getting caught up.
In regards to old stuff from the old site, I went through some of my stuff from when I was doing the suspension upgrades & I have copie of the "Wildmax dimnesions" pics for the skid mounting locations. I also have copies of the "blue printing the skid" directions from the site. I may have other stuff buried some where on the ole laptop.
How should we put this stuff we might have on here & where? Not sure if the link you have shown is what I should use??
Let me know if ya want these items.
d**n sure sucks to have this happen. Hope Dean & you guys can retrieve a bunch of the stuff.
Again, thanks for the help here.

Hi Rob! Glad you found your way back! ;D ;D I just wish I had saved more email addresses from the old forum. My wife will disagree, but I think that being a packrat can pay off sometimes (just look in my pole barn). I was running production at work one night and bored, so I uploaded a bunch of stuff to a web page because I was under the impression that everything was gone. After I did it, I went and looked on the site and a lot of it was still there on the tech page. Kinda backa**wards, huh? The page I linked to is a free web page I get for using the Opera browser. I pay the cable company $100 a month for their "bundle" and they offer me 25Mb web space. Opera is free and they give me 300Mb. I have to be logged in to post there, nobody else can upload to that space. There is a version of the suspension blueprinting there, but if you have a different one I can put it up. I've also got Wildmax's pictures and dimensions and can post them if anybody needs them. If you have anything that you don't see there, email it to me at mgrant1070@yahoo.com and I can post it until I run out of room (plus put a copy in my packrat folder). Or, there are a lot of file sharing sites now that you could create your own page and put stuff on. PCWorld had an article and I think there are a couple that have upwards of 5Gb limit. There may even be sites like the Wiki sites where everybody can log on and contribute stuff, I haven't really looked in to that. I've been hoping that Dean wouldn't give up on it and we can go back to "business as usual". Shark
